Dr Hotz! Says: I was sitting outside a pub after a Chilli show one summer talking to my good friend and hot sauce maker Gerald Fowler and after a couple of beers we were daft enough to try some 9 million SHU extract that I'd just imported (like you do!). After the pain and discomfort had subsided we got to talking about making hot sauces, the bullshit people talk about them and the hottest available, when we hatched the plan to make the absolute, undisputed hottest sauce in the World! Several concoctions later we came up with this mind blowingly hot sauce. Remember - just because a sauce has 6.4 million SHU extract IN it, that doesn't make it 6.4 million SHU hot! That's just one ingredient and is often a small percentage, making the actual heat rating considerably lower. To make sure we were on the right track we had it tested and the results were astounding. In over 20 years of selling hot sauces, this is the absolute HOTTEST I have ever tried. Believe the hype!

Is this the hottest sauce in the world? We think so. To be absolutely sure, we have had it analysed by Warwick University’s HRI Laboratory. When they sent us the test certificate, they commented in their email that “this is not a sauce, it is a weapon!”
The test results confirm that this is a mind-blowingly hot sauce. Since Scoville ratings are expressed per unit of dry mass, comparison of ratings between products with different water content can be misleading. So here is the comparison between this sauce and the current Guinness World Record chilli, the Carolina Reaper, expressed in both wet and dry weights:

We reviewed this collaoration sauce and WOW! Hell… Unleashed! Is exactly what it did to our mouths…. mind you we did try it on a toothpick….
Great sauce only use a tiny bit to add to a chilli con carne or a curry to add that little extra heat.

A drop or two is more than sufficient in a large bowl of chilli or any other meal to bring on the pain! It is my far the hottest sauce I have ever experienced – far hotter than even Who Dares Burns – Extreme Prejudice! As you only need a few drops at most, it does not overtake the flavour of what you are eating with it.
I am used to hot foods – I by mistake added 3 or 4 drops and mixed it with baked beans and was in trouble!!!
Highly recommended to those that like an extreme chilli challenge. You have been warned!

thought be funny to take on a lads holiday big mistake had two people vomiting and crapping blood they where like call a ambulance so we waited five mins they soon said il be ok i saw sombody rub there eye i sat dabbing there eye with ice water for a hour dont know how but if i touch cap then touch tounge thats hot would seem that it transfers very easily woke up on fire as it gone on my quilt actually blisterd on my groin so please dont take the piss with it. before i went to hell there was no hot to hot now i know there is a line and you guys have crossed it i use tip if a toothpic 1mm in a big pot of sauce dont take the piss with this it commands respect or you will pay.

Really really really really hot. Make sure it’s mixed well into your food and make double sure it’s a very tiny amount. I have sampled a lot of hot sauces but this is something else.

Brought from here to challenge my mate that always challenges me to do them, we decided to not use the cocktail stick but put a drop on a cracker.
Instantly hit me eyes watering, tongue on fire, red faced and 4 glasses of milk later still had the burning sensation for a good 30mins.
Hottest sauce I’ve tried yet,he on the hand wants a worse version of that as it didn’t affect him like it affected me.

The hubby bought this. I dipped my little finger in the neck. Woahhhhhhh!!!! Milk, milk (cries of when will this ever stop)and some more milk. Around 20 mins later I felt almost normal again.
The night after I braved it in a beef chilli. We said we’d start small and build up. Put my usual cumin, paprika etc in. We literally put a drop on a tea spoon (we don’t want that bad boy just free falling in!) and left it to simmer for a few hours. That is all that’s needed. This was mixed with 1kg of minced beef, mixed beans, butter, beans, kidney beans, onions and 4 cups of rice. This will give you an idea of the intensity of this in terms of volumes.
The flavour is gorgeous. Made for a fab chilli and we will be using it again. It’s got a 28 day shelf life. I wonder if we will ever build up to using a bottle a month…………!!!

I got some of this Hell Unleashed Chilli sauce in the mail yesterday so this morning I made a pot of Quorn vegetarian Curry with 500 grams of Quorn Mince as the main meat substitute. I added just over half a teaspoon full of this Hell Unleashed sauce to the pot and I just tried a desert spoon full of the Curry for taste to see if I needed to add any more of this sauce. NOPE! I think I already overdid it, time will tell in a few hours when I have some for lunch, it is amazingly powerful and good stuff.

I have received it and just realised the size . Not at all happy . I mean come on please , £19.50 for 30ml.????? I have been shopping at hot heads since they started many years ago, but this is not good business. Absolutely stupidly overpriced. Will drive away true pioneer crazy Hot Headz like me.

Got my bottle today. Did the usual dip on a cocktail stick and took a lick.
At first I thought I had a duff batch, there was an initial taste of sweet and sour. I was thinking, is my tolerance to pain this high? 40 seconds later I got my answer. No.
The pain and intensity is pure white heat. The burn lasted for a good 20 minutes.
You want the ultimate STFU sauce, this is it.

I was sent a sample for review and was quite impressed with how, despite being mainly extract, this sauce still tastes pretty decent. Even a cocktail stick amount is too much though and there is nothing that can even slow the burn.
This stuff is insane. Some of the above reviews compare it to other extract sauces but, quite frankly, they just don’t compare. Its peak heat is up there with the extracts themselves.

AMAZING. This sauce is something else for spice levels. This will take you to a different place you’ve never been before. You only need 1-2 drops for a heat filled experience. Use with caution as it most definitely isn’t for the faint hearted.
