Dr Hotz! Says: In Mexico a chipotle is a smoked chili. As Jalapenos became the most commonly cultivated and widely used chili it was most common for these to be smoked on an open fire. Nowadays the chipotle is widely known as a smoked Jalapeno. Category Winner against all comers! Best Medium Chilli Sauce 2023. Judges comments: Great colour and smooth, inviting smoky aroma supported by some woody spices. Good Chipotle flavour and heat. A great example of a Chipotle forward sauce.
Product Ingredients: Water, apple cider vinegar, habanero chilli pepper, sugarcane vinegar, salt, paprika, garlic, cayenne chilli pepper, spices, chipotle chilli pepper (1.2%), sugar, onion, citric acid, xanthan gum (natural thickener), paprika oleoresin, acetic acid, ascorbic acid.

<h3>Fantastic sauce</h3><br>This is an absolutely belting sauce; it’s rich and full bodied and throroughly delicious. A perfect sauce for the table. Hot sauce virgins won’t be overpowered by the heat, while serious chilli-heads should still enjoy the rich smoky flavour
