I tried this for the first time at the New York City Hot Sauce Expo at the end of March and was as impressed as I hoped I would be. Smokin' Ed Curry grows the hottest chilli peppers in the world and Steve Seabury at High River Sauces has a talent for blending some seriously tasty hot sauces. Put them together and you've got a winner! Steve's “secret spices”, ginger, reaper pepper, roasted red peppers, and soy sauce, along with the more simple harmony of roasted tomato, onion and garlic come together nicely thanks to the backdrop of rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, and white pepper. It would be easy to make this just unbearably hot but with typical High River style, it's tasty too!
