This Reaper Chipotle Hot Sauce is properly hot with a smoky flavour. Unlike some hot sauces, it is not harsh or acrid. It has quite a thick, lumpy texture and works great as a side-of-plate condiment. I find a teaspoon or less is enough to give a major kick to a bit of roast chicken or some turkey goujons.
I was so impressed with this that I got some for two friends and I’ve just re-ordered – enough said!
