A fusion of spicy Korean Gochujang made with red Jalapenos and sesame oil.
What's Gochujang I hear you ask? Basically it's a fermented chilli paste but in reality it's more than that. It’s spicy, savory, and slightly sweet and very complex. Traditionally, the sauce is made and fermented to develop the flavours.
Compliments any dish or single item. Try it as a sandwich spread for a new experience.
