I have almost finished a bottle of this. The taste is pleasant and smokey for most of the time but if you hit a hotspot it will taste like vinegar (this is why you are supposed to shake the bottle!). This sauce has aprox 700k scoville heat units in it which will be plenty for most of us. But if you’re like me and you’re looking for serious challenges, then you should look at extract based sauces. For table sauce, this is one of the best I’ve ever had and I would recommend this to almost everyone.

Though the heat was nowhere near as hot as some I’ve tried in the past it does still have some fairly good heat to its flavour. I got more intensity the more I put on, not that that’s much surprise for a hot sauce. But it still felt a shell of what it could have been. The flavour is very nice and for that alone I would give it a recommendation, especially as plenty of sauce manufacturers see that as a secondary concern.
I used it on a varied selection of meals from fry ups to morning toast and it was a good accompaniment to most whatever I threw at it.
Consistency is thick and runny and took some coaxing to get out at the start and end.
Buy it for the flavour, you may be disappointed by the heat.
