DescriptionA rich paste with coriander, ginger and cumin for the perfect traditional aromatic curry. Just add any kind of meat, chicken, fish or vegetable and a tin of tomatoes and you've got a quick, authentic curry. Can also be used as a marinade or grill sauce or if cooked in a little butter first, it can be added to mayonnaise to make a spicy dip.
