The story behind the Wing Sauce. It all started behind the bar in 1989 when Blair was just 19 years old. He knew he had to do something to "persuade" the party goers to leave the bar at closing time 2 a.m. Hence the creation of Blair's Death Wings. What started as a closing time dare has grown into a phenomenon of all things piquante. Open, burn, enjoy!

My new goto
I cannot fault this as a wing sauce, I really enjoy the flavour and you have time to savour it before the burn kicks in at the back of the throat.
Its not an instant hot, I don't think a wing sauce should be if your going to generously spoon it over your wings, but by the time you have eaten a couple of wings the heat begins to buld up to give hot sauce lovers that double kick of heat and flavour

My Fridge is never without a jar of this
This is not even my favourite Blair product, but anybody that loves their wings hot needs a jar of this. This gradually sneaks up on you. I went to a party recently and everybody had to bring a dish. I brought wings absolutely coated in this, and after the first bite or two, most people were fine, a few minutes later, the milk was getting drunk by the gallon load. I did however get to meet two new friends who like myself are chilli heads, and have exchanged plenty of recipes and uses of different sauces over the past few weeks. Can't wait until this is back in stock, because I'm running low.
