This funky little devil is back! It's been a while since we stocked it but now you have the chance to buy a fun and extremely hot sauce. What a party piece!

Vinegar, water, salt and oleoresin of capsicum.

Remember the Lava Lamp from the Seventies? Not old enough? Then bear with me....This product looks innocuous enough until you tilt the bottle as instructed. What you see next is very impressive to say the least. A deadly batch of 1 Million SHU pure capsaicin has been lurking unseen underneath the black bottle seal. When you tilt it the pure cap rolls beautifully into the bottle and because of it's difference in specific gravity, remains suspended in the bottle briefly until floating gracefully back up to where it came from. If in the meantime you open the bottle and pour some out BEWARE - it's pure capsaicin remember - not syrup!!

A sauce, really?!
Now I personally wouldn't call this a sauce, it's pretty much pure vinegar. Well vinegar with a dose of pure oleoresin of capsaicin to boot! I found this "sauce" far too thin to use as such and personally didn't find it that hot either. That said it is an awesome sustitute for vinegar, particularly on fish and chips!
