It's okay, but it's more about the heat
This is getting on for Blair's After Death in terms of heat - don't let the Jalapenos fool you, the extract pumps up the bite. This isn't a sauce about flavour though, as there's not much of it, the good thing is it doesn't have that metalic tang you often get with sauces with chilli extract.
