Description
Years ago my brother broght me back a bottle of Alberta Crude Hot Sauce for my collection - it's in a different bottle now - but I remember being torn between opening it and trying it or adding it to my collection it looked so good! It uses Habanero, Jalapeno, Peri-Peri and chipotle peppers for a great depth of flavour, smoothed together with brown sugar, shallots and garlic to lure you in.....then it kicks you in the ass with the pure capsaicin extract. A very hot sauce still.
Ingredients
Tomato paste, Red Habañero peppers, Jalapeño peppers, Peri-Peri peppers, Chipotle peppers, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, spices, shallots, garlic, black pepper and oleoresin capsicum.
