Description
A Malaysian speciality and a superb accompaniment to grilled meat and rice dishes. Wonderful as a barbecue marinade. Great in pasta, rice, with barbecues and satays, in baked potatoes or on bread as a spread.
Ingredients
Sugar, vinegar, onions, salted peanuts, peanut butter, light soya sauce, oil, garlic, ginger, shrimp paste, chiles, salt, lemon grass.
