Bloody Good
Not the hottest, not the best, but this one has some real bite. I've never ordered it from this site as I have a stockist in East London. The makers claim it is red hot, I personally think this is for intermediates at the upper end that aren't quite ready to the big jump to some of the bad boys available out there. A couple of drops on wings or in a stew are fantastic. I also mix this with tomato puree when making pizza to give it a stronger kick. Has a great flavour too and scent that don't make you sweat or your eyes water too much.
