Beware!
I bought this sauce recently because it's non-extract, but was amazed at the heat levels produced. A great taste and smell dominated by the high Naga content (75%). It has a smooth consistency with a bright red colour that is very apt and pours evenly. Easily as hot as some low level extract sauces!. This could also be used like a puree to impart Naga flavour to almost anything.

Brutal!
Hottest non-extract sauce I've tried, by far. Once you get used to the heat there aren't many other ingredients to detract from the fantastic Naga flavour.
