Native to Jamaica, Jerk or Jerking is a style of cooking where a dry or wet seasoning is used to flavour meats - usually chicken, pork or goat. It's two main ingredients are Allspice and Scotch Bonnet Chillies and real slow cooked jerk takes hours. With Hot-Headz! Jamaican Jerk Style Chilli Ketchup we've taken the hassle out of it for you by making this medium spiced Jerk Ketchup that's easy to use and wonderful on pretty much everything.
