This tasty jalapeno sauce is made with chayote, a Mexican vegetable - yeah, I know, me too; I had to look that one up! Try it on burritos, pastas, chicken, salads an in soups. With leaks and coriander it's no wonder this tastes different to most run of the mill jalapeno pepper sauces.
