Like garlic ?
If you like garlic sauces and chilli sauces then this could be what you've been looking for. It is garlicky and yes it is chillified but not a burner, would say for comparrison it is hotter than tobasco, also you can taste quite a high content of vinegar which i cannot stand but over all this is a very nice sauce to add to salads or in cooking but not that nice in a sandwich, my Mum had a taste and needed 2 pints of cold water but then she isn't a chilli lover, i did warn her.
