Description
The mustard, cumin and allspice balance the scotch bonnet peppers and tropical fruits beautifully to give a wonderful balance of sweet and hot.
Ingredients
Pineapple, papaya, Habanero pepper, orange juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, onion, vegetable oil, curry, black pepper and allspice.

Back in the day, this stuff was called Inner Beauty and I met the makers at a show in the USA. It's now been re-branded as Rasta Fire (damn I don't have any of the Inner Beauty sauces in my collection! Those sauces are part of hot sauce history!). Same recipe and same great sauce.
