Mild Malaysian curry. A blend of Thai and Malaysian spices which, when cooked, gives a very easy, fragrant and light curry that can be cooked in just 15 minutes. Just add fish or prawns and coconut milk. For a heavenly meal just use as a marinade on Tiger prawns.
