Could this be the only Pasilla chile sauce available in the UK? The Pasilla chile is one of the 'Holy Trinity' of chiles used for many Mexican recipes particularly mole sauces. It's complex, deep and smoky dried fruit flavour makes it ideal for a multitude of uses. Great to mix with gravy to add depth of flavour, add to soups, stews and stirfries. Mix with pie ingredients and use with most Mexican dishes.
