tasty surprise!
wonderful sauce, much more complex than you might guess from a straight-up cayenne sauce. hints of tamarind and ... peach maybe? must come from the aged peppers: not very hot and full of flavour. we're loving it! Hot-Headz house brand sauces are unexpectedly good stuff and this one is no exception.
