Until recently Texans were devout followers of the Jalapeno but in recent years they've started using more Habaneros....which is a good thing....and so is this sauce. Good medium thick but pourable texture means you can slop it on all your favourite meats and veggies for the bbq. And the heat level from the habaneros is not crazy but hot enough to impress and keep you coming back for more.
Ingredients
Tomato puree (water, tomato paste, citric acid), sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, water, salt, caramel colour, garlic powder, sugar, spices, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavour), salt, natural mesquite smoke, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, bbq spice (sugar, ground spices, salt, corn starch, garlic, onion), habanero peppers, onion powder, spices, xanthan gum, mustard flour, caramel colour.
