Whilst visiting Harbour Island in The Bahamas, Smokey Joe ate the most amazing ribs! Joe has worked tirelessly to recreate that perfect sweet, sticky and spicy sauce. Just the right blend of Scotch Bonnet chillies, pineapple and Caribbean spices.
