I've been lucky enough to eat in the original Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse many years ago on a hot sauce trip all over USA. What a wild night! The food is INCREDIBLE and this sauce is one of the reasons why. Years later I visited the Harlem restaurant in NY. The food is still just as good. Looking forward to going again some day. Best Bar-b-que I ever had....and live Blues music too - heaven!
