Sliced Galangal

Galangal is a special type of ginger which is quiote hard to prepare so we've taken the headache (and possibly chopped fingers!) out of the job and packaged it already sliced for you. Try combining with chillies, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves to make a fiery Tom Yam soup.
