Voodoo Chile Co. took the heart of the Porcus recipe and recast it into a complex, Earthy, southwestern TexMex style taco sauce … that goes great on a whole heck of a lot more than tacos! Loaded with all the porcine goodness of Porcus, but with a lot more heat, and a wonderful dose of cumin, oregano, and traditional Mexican and south American chile peppers!
The intense, trademark Pig Sowse aroma and flavour are wonderfully present, while accompanied by an earthy, onion laden chunkiness and loads of traditional southwestern spices.
This is one fun sauce!
Ingredients include ground cumin, Mexican oregano, Tomato, Coriander seed, Pasilla & Ancho chile peppers, Lime juice, and loads of sweet onion!
